Frequently Asked Questions
-
At this time, I offer virtual therapy only. Online sessions allow for flexibility, consistency, and access to care from the comfort of your own space.
-
Sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll need a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Many clients find virtual therapy just as effective as in-person work.
-
Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on their goals and needs. I prioritize recurring appointments to support depth, consistency, and meaningful progress.
-
Individual therapy sessions are $150 per 50-minute session.

I do not accept insurance directly. This allows me to maintain greater flexibility, privacy, and clinical integrity in our work together.
